Who is Northpeak for?

We work with new and experienced leaders, from first-time managers through senior executives and founders. Our individual coaching suits leaders investing in their own growth, and our cohort programs suit companies developing many leaders at once.

Is coaching done virtually or in person?

Most coaching and our online courses are delivered virtually, which keeps scheduling flexible and lets us work with leaders anywhere. Some programs, like Executive Presence, include in-person intensives. Organizations can request fully on-site delivery.

What's the difference between coaching and your courses?

Coaching is private and personalized: one coach, your context, your goals. Courses are cohort-based and bring a group up on a shared set of skills with common language and practice. Many clients combine the two, and our Leader package includes both.

How long is a typical coaching engagement?

Individual coaching is month to month with most clients staying six to twelve months. Courses run from two to eight weeks depending on the program. Organizational programs are scoped to your goals.
