Who we are
Northpeak Coaching & Leadership provides leadership coaching and training. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions can go to hello@northpeakcoaching.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email, company, and role when you book a discovery call or enroll in a program. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, such as pages visited and general location, to improve the experience.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver the coaching or training you signed up for, send relevant updates you have asked for, and run and improve our business. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as scheduling, email, and payment tools, and only as needed. We may share information when required by law. Coaching session content is kept confidential under the ICF Code of Ethics.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. To make a request, contact us at the email above.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
