Agreement
By using this website or engaging Northpeak Coaching & Leadership for coaching or training, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
We provide leadership coaching and training programs. Coaching is a thinking partnership, not advice, therapy, or consulting. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Booking and payment
Program fees, scheduling, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in your engagement agreement and our Coaching Engagement Policies. Fees are in US dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation and refunds
You may reschedule or cancel a coaching session at no charge up to 48 hours before it starts. Courses can be cancelled for a full refund up to seven days before the start date. Full details are in our engagement policies.
Confidentiality
We treat what you share in coaching as confidential under the ICF Code of Ethics. Where an organization sponsors coaching, we share only high-level themes and progress, never session content, and only with your knowledge.
Intellectual property
Course materials, frameworks, and content we provide remain our property and are licensed to you for your own use. Please do not redistribute or resell them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
