Maya founded Northpeak in 2016 after fifteen years in people leadership, including a stint as VP of People at a Fortune 500. She started coaching newly promoted leaders on evenings and weekends, and the results were good enough that the side project became the work.
Today she coaches senior leaders, founders, and executive teams through the transitions that make or break a career: the step into a bigger role, the shift from running a function to running a company, the moment a founder has to lead leaders. She is direct, warm, and allergic to advice that does not survive contact with a real Monday.
Maya holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), the highest credential the field offers.
