James leads Northpeak's training programs and designs the curriculum behind them. He spent a decade in management consulting before moving into leadership development, and he brings a consultant's discipline to a coach's craft.

He is happiest turning a vague leadership idea into something a manager can actually do on Monday morning. His Manager Bootcamp has put hundreds of managers through their paces, and his frameworks have a habit of showing up in client meetings months later.
