The challenge
Northwind was losing nearly a third of its newly promoted supervisors within their first year, an expensive and morale-sapping pattern across its distribution centers.
What we did
We paired every newly promoted supervisor with a Northpeak coach for their first six months, focused on the transition from peer to leader, plus the Difficult Conversations workshop.
